1 out of 5 starsThis lady have lefted me in tears.... When I first order, when it was a regular selling store shipment was fast had no problems. Then it came to me wanting to continue business with Shell, found out they had another online store. So I made an account on their site & put in a small order which took two weeks just to ship. Not to long after that I needed to put in a custom order. I find out the online store prices was 3$ higher then etsy. I didn't understand why but with such great work I still was willing to continue to be a loyal customer. I even build a whole earring line around their beautiful work but of course once again store have change and prices have went up. I got customers asking for the earrings & As bad as it breaks my heart, I have to turn them down because im not a greedy somebody nor will I over charge my clients.
